I’ve seen some kids who feel their parents don’t like them because they were disciplined for doing something naughty. What they don’t know however is that their parents discipline them only because they love them. That they feel this way doesn’t change the fact that their parents really love them; a feeling is nothing but a feeling.
It’s like what Pastor Chris said about your righteousness in today’s article titled, Righteousness Gives You Right Standing With God. He said, “...there’s no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who walk not according to the senses, but according to the Spirit. That means it doesn’t matter that you “feel†condemned, what matters is what the Word of God says.â€
What has God said about you? That’s what you should focus on instead of paying attention to your feelings.
