Happy New Year! It's The Year Of The Greater Light!!!

"For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch. But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall. And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the LORD of hosts" (Mal 4:1-3).

The greater light shines during the day and one of the synonyms of "day" is "heat". In 2010, the heat will be so great that it will burn the ungodly. But for you, you will know no heat because you live in the greater light that governs the day.

"Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is. For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit" (Jer 17:7-8).

The message of the 2010 year of Greater Light(Heat/Sun) was marvelous ,This Greater Light Controls the Day,I believe it even Controls the Night because the Lesser Light (Moon) also uses the light that it has absorbed from the Greater light during the Day.With This Greater light In us we can manage our nights and days,when the night comes u can make it a day.The Church must position herself to the place of Fellowship -Zion so that it can absorb the Light...today this light in christ in us as the Hope of the Glory ..and we are shinning and shining by the Power of the Holy spirit .This ministry is a blessing to my family ...Pastor Chris we Love You. No one staying in Zion shall say I am Sick.......that Glorous...

This is the year when there would be explosions of the revelation of God's word like never before. The knowledge of the glory of God would really cover the earth. God's word would come to the church effortlessly and its entrance would bring the greater light.
This is also the year of stress-less evangelism for gentiles are coming to our greater light and kings to the brightness of our rising. There would be a great soul harvest this year.
This year the wealth of the nations would be channeled to the church to aid in taking the divine presence of God to all the nooks and crannies of the world. Kingdom financiers would handle the kind of money they'd never dreamt of and in turn give outrageously.
This is the year of differentiation for while the heat of God burns the ungodly, the sun of righteousness will arise for us with healing in his wings.
For the church, weeping had endured for the night but this year morning has come, for the sun of righteousness has dawned and has ushered in joy and greater light.
When we were in the night, we were using a faint light and so missed so many details of the inheritance we have in Christ. Now the light has come, there is an awareness of all things we have and we will walk in them. This will cause an intense radiation of God's glory from the church and cause unbelievers to come to us to find out how to be like us.
This is year 2010, the year the church would be perfected in beauty on all sides and the year the Lord would show off with his people.

Glory be to God our Father for you! It is always wonderful to have young men and young women to be in the knowlege and Grace of God,under and covered by the precious ,wonderful Blood of Jesus our Lord and Savior!

I would like to share power with you and all our brothers and sisters world wide...
...(NIV,EXODUS 17) Moses instructed Joshua v9, "Choose some of our men and go out to fight the Amalekites. Tomorrow I will stand on top of the hill with the staff of God in my hands."

(This is POWER), v10-13, So Joshua went and fought the Amalekites as ordered, and Moses, Aaron and Hur went to the top of the hill. As long as Moses held his hands up the Israelites were winning, but whenever he lowered his hands, the Amalekites were winning. When Moses hands grew tired, they took a stone and put it under him and he sat on it. Aaron and Hur held up his hands-one on one side, one on the other-so that his hands remained steady till sunset. So Joshua overcame the Amalekite army with the sword.

v15,16, Moses built an altar and called it The Lord is my Banner. He said, "For hands were lifted up to the throne of the Lord. The Lord will at war against the Amakelites from generation to generation."

WHEW! That is POWERFUL!

The Holy Spirit revealed to me that when I (we) lift my(our) hands to the throne of God in praise and worship (and during prayer and intercession) the Lord (and his angels)"Go to War for US" against the devil and evil and when we put our hands down, the Holy Spirit holds our hands up in the Spirit, and if we lack or miss the mark, Jesus is the Stone holding us and His hands up in our place (interceding). So shall we overcome devils with the Word (sword)as Moses, Joshua, Aaron and Hur and the Israelites did.

We have God the Father,Jesus the Savior, The Holy Spirit, The Word, and Gods Angels on our side.

VICTORY! WHEW! I LOVE THE LORD!

Our Father is the real meaning of "AWESOME!"

It took me 49 years to get this revelation, JUST IN TIME! TO FIGHT!

For upward of about 4 weeks prior to the new year, the Holy.Spirit. directed that I commence meditating on Isaiah Chp 60. I found this very refreshing, uplifting and empowering. It was ecstasy in the Holy Ghost when I received Pastor Chris' New Year prophetic message. Indeed the Word of the Lord truly, more than ever before, is the Lamp to my feet, and the Light to my path. Even if and when I walk through the dark valley of trials and tribulations, I shall fear no evil. Year 2010 is the year of super exploits for the Saints who know their God. I am encouraged! Thank you to Pastor Chris and for my co Saints, shall we devote more attention to increasing our knowledge base as we capture the unsaved for the kingdom of God? For me, a big yes!! And if there is one thing that really and truly still warms my heart afresh each day ... it is that my 122 year old muslim grandmother, two years ago, in her last 4 days in this earthlife said yes to Jesus Christ, because we refused to give up on her. Thank you Lord!

I thank God for His word and purpose in our lives as believers in Christ Jesus. The call by pastor to sing the "songs of Zion" even in a strange land of pains or at any challenges. Victory is sure. Hallelujah!

The Greater Light of His Word will grow tall and shine in our in hearts this 2010 that the daystar will arise to the glory of the father of spirits in Jesus Name, Amen. I'm so blessed by that ministration. It is my year of the Greater Light.

It is that time when we leave those lesser things that govern the world & let the word of God guide us in all our doings,this is living in the greater light.The lesser things must not govern the way we live as born again,tongue speaking Christians.We are born of God,which means that victory is our portion all the way through.We are already born conquerors,NOT that we are trying to conquer BUT that we have reached a point of conquering which means that we have conquered already.What is left for us is to work out our own salvation by continously speaking the word of God concerning that temporary situation until it becomes a reality.Definately we are living in the year of the greater light,glory to God!!!

this was a really quality post. In theory I'd like to write like this too - taking time and real effort to make a good article... but what can I say... I procrastinate a lot and never seem to get something done.
